TheHaasbeun it's because they use the same screen as the main. It is to ensure both screens have the same calibration and quality by using the same buildproces.

@@dude2666 i have the phone and i dont gave the 2nd screen yet but some great things about it that i have found are. 1. It has 128 gb of storage 2. A very nice looking and large screen 3. Comes with a few things that use the duelscreen already downloaded. Like the browser, fortnite, dungeon hunter 5, and asphalt 9. 4. Runs very well and games look very good. 5 the camera is very nice and looks great There is 5 things that are nice about this, that i found in the first day of owning it

Brilliant interview. I always loved the way LG is approaching technology. I'm having a edge question that probably not a lot of people care about, but as a musician it matters a lot to me: how is the microphone / recorder app? I'm asking because back in the days I had the LG V30. The recorder app was absolutely incredible for a phone. You could record in high quality WAV format, you could put a limiter, a wind cut filter, set the incoming source volume, and monitor all that directly from your headphones. You could also record on top of some existing recordings or songs. I would be EXTREMELY grateful if you could answer this question. (unfortunately not a lot of people are buying or reviewing the G8X, so it's hard information to find). Thanks in advance!

I enjoyed the interview. You said the sound should be very good, but how good is the camera? I don't understand having a 32 mp camera in the front and just a 12 mp in the back. Seems backwards to me. But I'm not a big selfie taker.

Well about that 32mp ffc, it is indeed 32mp but it gives u 8mp file size due to pixel binning and that helps with taking photos in low light, of which if my guessing is correct, u can tweak the settings in the LG G8X to take 32mp images but u can't zoom nor would it be great for nighttime photography, so let it at 8mp to get the best shots, as to why all these bumps on the front camera is just as coke I-ena said, so when u flip the screen and the front camera be the main one in this case, it won't give u bad shots .. hope my explanation helped

Hello I really enjoyed your video and I have a quick question I have the LG V50 that I just recently got from Verizon Wireless and I was so sad to learn that the dual-screen was only available in Europe but watching your video I see now there's another dual screen for the LG G8 X that uses the C-USB port to connect instead of the three pins on the bottom back so if I am not mistaking both phones are about the same size so is it possible for me to connect my LG V50 to the dual screen on the LG G8X using the C-USB port because both phones are the same size and same brand and both phones use dual screens so is it possible to switch the deuce screams so that I may be able to use a dual screen on my LG V50 from Verizon Wireless here in the United States so if you or anyone else can please help me with this question I would really appreciate it very much and thank you so much again sincerely Blair Fox Love!*

Except they will age similarly only if both are used at all times. Since the main handset will be used all the time, and the extra screen only sometimes, they will still age differently, defeating the whole purpose.
