very good comprehensive review , but what do you think on which screen size 4k looks better ? 4k on 27(LG-GP950b) inch or 4k on 32 (LG 32GQ950-B)inch is better ? i already have LG 27 gp 850 1440p . looking to upgrade to 4k but i can't decide between 4k on 27 or 4k on 32 inch .

I would actually prefer the 27 inch over the 32 inch. I just love the size and minimalistic look. But I always say try it out first! Take advantage of the return policy 👍👍

@@UNBOXxp there is one aspect I didn't notice before, which is quite important to me. My desk is not really deep and the 27" is 4.4" (11.3cm) closer to my eyes. So I'd only have a 47cm instead of a 57 cm distance from my eyes to the monitor... I think that's a killer. Currently using a 27" 1440p with a distance of 57cm to my eyes which for me is ideal.

Some are saying the newest GQ has a screen coating which reduces brightness. I think 27 inch is sweet spot. There is a newest R version without RGB lights for $100 less.

The only downside to the display is that t has IPS glow, But that comes with all IPS monitors. The visuals make up for it though, I was really let down with the 32GQ950, It had issues picking up inputs. The corsair Xeneon is a better choice over the 32GQ950, I think 27 inches is the best for fps games though. I might pick this one up as a secondary monitor, mainly for fps games.

I returned that same monitor the second windows loaded to desktop. The polarizer ruined the colors that ips is known for. It does help to keep the ips glow but at the same time it ruins the colors. Pixel response, input lag and build was impressive but that's about it. Also, if you game at 160hz and have desktop at 144hz the monitor will lose signal and minimize your games.

@@armen1136 funny story is I wanted to go back to ips from va panel and when I got this it was very disappointing. Going back to G7 VA 240hz it was very very refreshing, contrast ratio is very important, won't be trying out ips anymore. But I am looking for a 4k display still, the neo g8 is still very expensive, waiting for something cheaper. I wish they come out with g8 without mini led model for $800, I'm not into hdr.

Funny i fell on ur page. This is my original gaming monitor and now sits as a secondary (overkill) cuz i bought the 42 inch C2. Oled is just so much better. I may just use my lg-27gp950-b for fps games and everything else on my c2.
