Love lg k series. People give bad review because they think you don't have the option of having a main button for all your apps and they have to stay on the screen. If people would go to general then home settings you can set the option for a button to show up in the bottom which will contain all your apps

I had a K20 V which was pretty good for having just a Snapdragon 4 to 5 and 2 gigabytes of RAM and is a reason why I checked out LG's Flagship V series line and bought a v40 last year it's the best one I've ever had

Closing the apps like KZbin are hard to do. The ads cover up the back button, and can't close it. Tried tapping on the middle, and the options at the bottom show up briefly, then go away.

I just got LG K40 and it has Android pie, but it stutters and lags a lot and app takes a while to get going, any way to fix stutters and lags? Any fast custom roms or tweaks available? Maybe overlocking or something? If you know please help me out! Thanks!

From the front it's a dead ringer for the Moto G6. But I'm so over LG and their complete lack of updates. That "dedicated" software center has been complete rubbish apparently. Too bad because they make nice hardware.

The worst drawback is that it doesn't have enough internal memory space so just a few apps and the memory is full, quite poor performance. Also the camera sucks, the colours are not very vivid and rather pale

I thought I might have been able to finally recommend a k series phone as an option. By all means, LG could have been poised to finally move some K phones. All they had to do was put in anything better than last years sd425... And then they go with a Mediatek p22 :'( The sd425 was better than that!

If the lg g8 had a smaller bezel like this phone but small u don't thing the could of put the z camera on the bezel instead of on the screen it has no speaker at the top so the could and wood have room to do it I believe come on lg get the notch on the top of the bezel or get rid of it one or the other not on the screen bad idea other then that I love lg

What a piece of shit the LGK40 is. Previous LG's I have owned had a nice set of control icons at the bottom of the screen that did not need to be slid up to use. The LGK40 icons are barely visible much of the time. Flipping between screens with this phone is a car accident waiting to happen. And the slick fast talking drivel is about what I would expect for this phone.
