Itna delay free kar rakha hai "UT" Ladakh ko ki 5 saal mai ek h8 baar recruitment hua hai govt. aur gazetted toh fast track basis pe saal mai 2-2 baar ho raha hai 😂

LG should just speak the truth that he is here to enjoy his last posting , change tiles and interior of government residence every season ,find nannies for his kids and recruit them from Medical staffs .Bevkoof samaj rakha hai in logo ne , tax ka paisa uldao .

Seems like Delay free ladakh is a nightmare for aspirants of Ladakh.Advertisement of gazetted posts is on hybernation mode since 2019.And there is no yearly schedule for non-gazetted/subordinate posts. To compensate for the election they advertised all the subordinat vacancies in one go in 2022 n 2023 and now there seems no way of subordinate posts advertisememt. Playing with the future of Ladakhi youths with a game/gambling i.e Outsourcing.Either the youths or the general public must come on streets againts the outsourcing else the future of aspirants appears doom.
