Nice video. Can someone help me i have LG C1 TV 65 inch and wanna buy samsung Q990D samsung soundbar. My friend have the same LG C1 TV 65 inch and samsung q990b soundbar, and we try i think everything, but LG magic remote dont work with samsung q990b soundbar. Maybe someone can help me with text guide or video guide. Thank you for your time and attention

I’ve come from a LG C2 where the magic remote fully controlled my SkyQ box. Now I’ve got a G2 on the same SkyQ box I cannot get the magic remote to control anything other than the volume on the SkyQ box. The TV happily finds the Sky box in the Universal control setting but doesn’t let me manually select which frequency is most responsive. Any ideas?

Hi Paul very interesting . I have a problem on my 65 inch lg c2. Sound works through a Yamaha av receiver. Problem I get audio and video through sky , but only get video through fire tv and lg tv. Carnt get any sound. Only just happened . It’s causing me hassle in trying to sort it. any Ideas. Regards Paul L

So my ps5 will always turn on when I turn my tv on in order to use magic remote? I cant find a way to use magic remote but not have my ps5 turn on every time I switch on my tv.

Unfortunately this didn't work for me. Everything was working fine until recently. Now i can't use the remote on my ps5 anymore

Sony's idea of HDMI-CEC for the PS5 is for it to be on or off, which causes problems with other devices that's linked to the PS5, as they will then turns it on after you've switched PS5 off. The only solution I've found to stop it happening is to change the HDMI input over to the Sky-Q. With the XBox, you have more options to change to avoid this happening, including can other divices turn on the XBox, and I have it set to no.
