I just got the LG for $299 at Best Buy. Seemed like a good deal. Before it, I purchased the Dyson TP09. It had developed a really loud piercing noise that happened intermittently. Returned it for another new one. The new one developed the same exact issue within two weeks! Unbelievable since it was $499 and that is on sale. Apparently this is a thing with Dyson and their purifiers. They develop a whine/whistling piercing noise from the motor over time. The LG is also built like a tank compared to the plastic toy from Dyson. Feels so cheap and easy to break. Great in depth videos you are providing! Well done! 👍 Btw, LG provides a 10 year warranty on the motor itself!

I had the app but had it removed and tried to connect back to the app and it finds the fan and everything but never finalizes the connection so it never shows in my app

i have two of the HP-09 dysons and they both squeal. i pick them up and slam them down then it stops. its unfortunate.

11:25 what are you testing here. Are you testing if the internal fan is heating up air due to bad design? Because these thing have no ability to cool air.

These are NOT good at purifying the air. You never put the carbon filter last as you will get carbon in the air you breathe. This is a MAJOR design flaw and honestly, it's "Air Purification 101". Most all quality air purification companies know this. 👎
