How do you expect to keep the stainless steel top free of the cooked-on grime over time? I get the feeling it will be harder and harder to remove and will be quite visible compared to a black enamel top?

Stainless steel is easy to get clean and generally doesn't scratch. I have a black enamel top and it's almost impossible to keep clean.

Does it use gas for baking or electricity? It uses electricity for air frying and convection right?

We have this stove and we hated it! Notice there isn't a heating element in the bottom of the oven? The oven will not bake brownies or any other deep dish recipes because the element is missing. We have tried moving the ranks around without luck. We purchased the stove in the summer and we try not using the oven but at the end of the summer we started, Too late to return it. Convection works great for cookies and other dishes that you can put on the cookie sheet. Home make pizza are over cooked on the top and under cooked on the bottom like other deep dish recipes. DO NOT BUY!

I was wondering about this. Thought it was maybe electric on the bottom because there is just a full solid tub on the bottom (which i was thinking awesome because really easy to clean!). But wow you really gave me something to think about.
