Bro, what does the remote have to do with anything? If yourr using the tv's power button, the remote could be in the ocean and it shouldnt affect the tv.

This sounds absolutely fucking mental but it’s worked for everyone that have have told me there tv has no picture but has sound and all we done was hoover in between air vents and other gaps you see on tv as sometimes dust and webs etc can get in there and mess things up as Also we tried releasing some of the screws at back and it also worked right away ! As crazy as that sounds try it!
