Thank you so much!! It works!! People, if it doesnt work with the up volume button then use down volume. Just follow the steps. After reset if doesnt appears the next button then choose the phone network wi fi and thats it. Just have patience and pause the steps to do it. ✨

After watching your video and carefully taking notes, I factory reset my LG Stylo5. The first step after the reset is to select the accessibility button. I tried that but I still can't do anything from the lock screen. It's as if the phone has been dropped and the electrical components or connectors inside that control the touch screen may have came loose. To make a short story long, I still can't operate my phone. Or maybe the finger print feature has me locked out, is that possible. Please help me.

I'm on straight talk and you hold vol down instead and it will get you to the screen to reset the phone. But you will need the Google account information to get back into the phone.. obviously.
