I han an LG frontloader for 11 years, that just had catastrophic failure. Looking for a new machine now. LG makes a very high quality washing machine IMO.

I feel like my washer needs to add more water..... can I do that? Also, can I take the lock off? I like to add my softener my self later..

Aamirah’s world Murguia yes you can add more water. After the machine has filled completely, pause it and leave it. Later the machine will give error code ‘DR’, which means drain, then after it’s done draining, restart the cycle. And you next question you asked, the answer is no. Use deep wash is want the fabric softener to be dispensed the way you would like, although you can also pause the cycle at the rinse to add softener after it’s done filling.

Hello when to try to out it on the low water setting Does the light come on cause mine doesn’t

I'm not sure what the low water setting is. There is a water plus option that fills it up with a little more water and there is a light on that button.
