Hello LG. You have a lot of work to do with the OS. It is tragically comical. I cannot believe that this is the best you can do. You should muster up the courage to do a customer survey on the UX and get to work on your findings. Same goes for the LG Thin Q. What are you trying to do? I regret ever buying your product. I honestly regret buying LG, very useless Operating operating system. Very slow, laggy and annoying, every single click has to load up

Honestly they get hate, but I have loved my Hisense U8G with google tv. I think google tv is the best os I have used on a smart tv

This demo is lightning fast. My tv takes a few seconds for each move to occur

What about installing only a little stuff on the TV to get the system to work slowly? I bought an 86-inch TV. The picture is beautiful, but trying to navigate between the apps-Holy C-it is like I am using a dial-up connection. I am having buying remorse.

How about not have crappy apps and put more memory built into the TV? My TV started doing this less than 4 months old,I don't watch anything on it I use a computer through it.All started with last update with massive banner advert etc.I think there should be a massive law suit, you shouldn't have to do all this, delete apps, private browsing even though I don't browse,reboot,stop quick start up,this is lg fault not user,TV is unfit for purpose.My get trading standards involved. TV should be able to use all apps, functions if it's on the TV, shouldn't have been released ,sold until hardware and software sorted.

Simply the worst TV in the world. At first it broke down completely and the screen stopped working a day after purchase. They replaced it for free. Now it freezes and reboots due to lack of memory. I will return it to the store and never buy LG again!

My LG thinq is nothing but junk. It just will not stream without constant freezing and reloading. If I change channels when streaming 8of 10 times I have to hard reset. Unplug and depress power button 10second. Then works once. Sucks when your on ssi retired that was a huge expense

If you consider purchasing the LG piece of crap, get ready for stress. It constantly freezes when you watch channels.. And it is very selective of what it has issues with. Obviously, they must have a problem with freezing so they put out this video. But it doesnt work. Just read some of the comments and be warned.
