Dear BLIDI BOY, no your TV will not go back to previous firmware version. The TV will reset all settings, installed apps and logged-in accounts, but the TV will keep the same firmware version.

I’ve been attempting to set up my lg oled c1 for over an hour. It will not load the user agreement and will not allow me to load any apps.

Dear Baranscupoftae, the web browser app is embedded in the WebOS version and cannot be updated. There are no other web browsers available.

Dear Rusans Hamidulins, the function 'Multi View' is not available on the WebOS6.0 models. Alternatively you could share your mobile phone screen to the TV as a 'picture in picture' overlay. It depends on your mobile phone type/model if this will work: First add the TV to the ThinQ app on your mobile phone. Then the phone will appear on the TV Home Dashboard. From there you can select the phone and share the screen to the TV. For more help, please contact your local LG helpdesk via www.lg.com/common

@@LGSAE thanks a lot I will try. I found another option. In Lg web brower allows ( in option menu) watch Tv. Its show multi view ( in web browser i opened youtube and ps5) but also can't watch. Maybe because of diffrents screen settings(Collors and etc)?

Dear Rusans Hamidulins, the 'watch TV' option in the browser app should work with an HDMI input or Antenna/Cable/Satellite input. You have to select the input you want to use first, then open the web browser app. If it does not work, please make sure that the TV software is up-to-date. You could also try to do an Reset to Initial Settings, in the All Settings > General > System menu. If that does not help, please contact your local LG helpdesk via www.lg.com/common

The TV has restored to the initial settings itself. Now when I start it I can not go forward to this menu. I can not select any country. Can someone help

Can you help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee? I just turned it on for the first time and it isn't showing anything but you can see that the screen is on it is dark blue and it says press the button wheel on your remote

Dear Pritham K Naik. I do not fully understand your question. If you have an older TV model, your TV will receive software updates, but the WebOS version will remain the same. New TV models come with a new WebOS version, running on the new chip set. A new WebOS version cannot be applied to older models, because the older models do not have the new chip set. Dear Shashi, WebOS6.0 only works on the chipset of the 2021 models, therefore WebOS5.0 (2020) models will not be updated to WebOS6.0. For more help, please contact your local LG helpdesk via www.lg.com/common

Dear Klaasjan M, WebOS6.0 requires the specific chipset in the 2021 TV's, therefore WebOS6.0 will not be available on older TV models.

Dear Dhanesh Chauhan, please check the internet connection to your TV. Maybe it will help to reset the router and reconnect the TV to the router. It could also be that your internet provider's dns is blocking services. In that case you can try to use a Google DNS ip-address 8.8.8.8 in the Advanced Network Settings menu. How TF do I do this without the remote? My phone app won't connect to the TV anymore after factory resetting it and I can't use a mouse to bypass this "click OK" prompt either

Dear José Luis Garnica Sánchez, you could try to use the hardware button on your TV, normally located in the middel underneath the screen, or on the left backside of the TV. How can I chance „the way I watch tv“ from antenna to set-top-box later?

Dear customer, 'the way I watch TV' selection only determines which settings are included in the initial setup steps (program tuning or settings for an HDMI input). If you connect a set-top box later, you have to select the HDMI input to watch TV.
