hi dear, i bought lg velevt from a month and opened the box outside the USA, the phone working with android 10 and refuse to update, i tried manually but aimless. what can i do?

Is your Velvet the 5G or the LTE (Verizon) model? I’ve read around online that the USA Verizon model may not go beyond Android 10. You may have to wait a bit and see if support roles out for it. My model (and most of the world) is the 5G with the Snapdragon chipset and should receive Android 12, hopefully. I hope that helps!

That blu phone lasted sometimes a week on one charge for me. But wouldn’t compare tech wise to any of these phones.

It was a great phone on the battery side of things. Other than that, it was an okay experience. It’s amazing how 5 years can change everything so exponentially with tech

As much as I may not like glass booty because they can crack (HA!), they still feel really good 😜. The Velvet feels so nice to hold and even play around with (HA!)

The screen is much better than the iPhone 11, for sure. But the iPhone battery is much better than the Velvet so far for me.
