Salam, just a small correction: Q is for queer or questioning. Both terms are very different. Queer, literally, means odd or weird. This term was later reclaimed by members of LGBTQ+ community as someone that generally is a part of the community. Then, about transgenderism, there are brain studies that have shown cis and trans brains and how they differ. Please take a look into it as well. I think Dr Saab did make a statement at the beginning that he wanted to give a perspective without a religious bias. What we have to understand is that from a religious point of view we know that Allah has created us in pairs male and female and also a marriage is between man and women. So we all know what is right from a relationship between couples. The point being made in this discussion based on the question is an explanation of the term LGBT. I'm sure DR Saab has no issue explaining the religious point either.

Sister I've searched about it i found out that some scholars say that there were cases at that time so the way they use to deal was to advise the patient to find out his dominant side mostly by looks and live according to the laws given by ALLAH(s.w.t) of that gender which is prominent in you and have patience ALLAH(s.w.t) will let there efforts be wasted. You should do some research im sure you'll find some Ahadees on it inshaALLAH.

Inheritance in Islam is divided between two genders (males and females) only. This clearly means that there are two genders from an Islamic point of view. I may be wrong but IMPOV (neither do I have Islamic knowledge nor medical) LGBTQ+ might be disabilities or syndrome (better word) - it could be genetic or distortion of genes from past incest as well. The heart is the first organ to form during the development of the body in the womb. The heart of the male and female are not the same but vary in size, stress reaction, density, function, etc. So the heart should be used as a determiner for the gender of male and female, not what the brain says/responds to as it doesn't build organs but just controls organs via the nervous system.

Now C & D is being added to the LGBTQA list, C stands for CAT n D for DOG,we live in Canada n my daughter said in SCHOOL they r putting litter boxes for these kids, as they say they can't use male or female washrooms bcoz we identify us as dog n cats, so very soon LGBTQA CD will be accepted. According to Islam changing nature is one of the biggest sins because Satan said to Allah(God) that Chapter No. 4 verse NO. 119 And I will mislead them, and I will arouse in them [sinful] desires, and I will command them so they will slit the ears of cattle, and I will command them so they will change the creation of Allah(God) ." And whoever takes Satan as an ally instead of Allah(God) has certainly sustained a clear loss. Read Quran and understand the purpose of your life and know your God. Changing the gender is changing the creation of Allah on which he made you.

Whether it is gender dysphoria or abnormal sexual orientation, it is one of the tests from ALLAH like other physical abnormalities and psychological disorders. Why certain abnormalities cause depression is the unacceptance of the misfortune and thinking of the worldly life a pleasure-seeking place. This worldly life is nothing but a test for the life hereafter. In order to live a peaceful life, you have to come to terms with the miseries and deprivations of life. If ones with such abnormalities think this misfortune is not compromisable, then they should think of blind people. What is more depressing than the deprivation of eyesight? Nothing is as depressing as the loss of vision. Now, do they have to blaspheme? If they show ingratitude, their both lives, here and hereafter will get ruined. If they accept ALLAH's decree, they will be the first ones who will be honoured to see the breathtakingly beautiful sight of the Almighty ALLAH in JANNAT UL FIRDAUS and there is nothing as pleasurable as to do the "DEEDAR of ALLAH. Moreover, I strongly believe that one can change his or her gender identity and unnatural sexual orientation by reciting one of the extremely powerful names of ALLAH "YA QADIRU". Once I was suffering from a psychological problem that I could not cope up with, no matter what I would do get over it. After trying everything I could do, I started the "Zikr" of "YA QADIRU". My suffering vanished miraculously and till date I have not relapsed again. ALLAH cured me spiritually, though chronic psychological problems are incurable. Your zikr should not be a lip service. It should be straight from the heart. To put in a nutshell, firstly accept the decree of ALLAH and then start treating your abnormalities spiritually with the sacred, blessed names of ALLAH and with sura YASEEN. Either you will find the cure or ALLAH will fill your heart with contentment, which is better than many of his other blessings. Spiritual healing works wonders!
