I've decided to move to Puerto Vallarta and will be on my way as soon as the passport is delivered and I get to complete whatever paperwork is required at the local Consulate. I'll be looking in the old section, 'Colonia'?, don't want anything 'new' or 'resort'. I'll look you up when I know I'm on my way.

I can't believe Villa Estrella Mar charges $1900-$2900 USD *PER NIGHT* for a suite! I could rent an entire beach condo for a month for those prices! Crazy! 🙄

Im looking to vacation for 3 months, so Im interested in extended stay affordable options with great amenities, ac, washer, dryer, and gay friendly activities like spas, bathhouse, clubs beaches, gay Beach, nude beach, massage, great food, men, fun, music, and I love the water.

@@GayGuideVallartaMx Reached out to Boana Torre Malibu unfortunately they don't do monthly rentals. I just want to rent out a bedroom or house for three months near the gay beaches and amenities of Puerto Vallarta. Any suggestions? Most places I look at want to rent by the day.

Hola Lor Last. Boana Torre Malibu is approximately 14 blocks away from Paco’s Ranch. Check out the map on our website at gayguidevallarta.com. The closest bars to Boana are Blue chairs Rooftop Bar, Blondies and Garbo, Via Amapas Entrance or casa cúpula via Hwy 200.

Good question Erik. Puerto Vallarta has learned to adapt and lots of locals speak English. Some have the language down and other don’t, but you will be able to get your point across. There are lots of expats and tourist as well.
