I am completely in support of the LGBTQIA+ movement, but there is a section of the movement that stinks of class privilege and won't address it in any meaningful way. It is exactly why arguments in the SC about same sex marriage can be derailed with canards like "this is something only the urban, English speaking elite want". Intersectionality must be the key in this struggle, and any movement for LGBTQIA+ emancipation must include conversations about caste and class in the forefront. And not be solely represented by a vocal minority of the privileged.
