There was a custom holiday/event called Neighbourhood Brawl. Sims started to radomly beat each other for fun, so I ran out and beat up someone. Then two sims knocked on my door, let them in, and beat me. This was the most fun I had with Sims in a long time.

And it's more worst considering that some of them aren't even a trait. The sims 2 did better job in differentiate what are to be traits (personality) and what are sims interests. For example 'love outdoor' should fall on interest category in sims 2 (positive attitude toward 'environtment' topics), instead trait as we got in sims 4. And yes trait should be specific, but not 'shallow', I mean they should keep the interest system coexist with trait, where certain trait could determine tendencies to some interests, how its dynamic (positive or negative, and its consistency). But that just my oppinion.

I really like this pack. It would be the first EP that i actually like. I had no idea there was wind in the game so when the wind started howling and the trees began swaying I was SHOOK. The atmosphere is amazing, it was the one thing i was worried they would mess up because it is SO important.

I love this, I was so 'in the dark' on what I could do. As a survivor of 2 traumatic brain injuries (2 strokes) that left me with some brain damage, I was having trouble absorbing all of this. Probably why they didn't send him any more, they don't like the fact that he doesn't sugar coat their games and help them sell copies if the games they're producing aren't up to scratch.

They did offer him a contract. He didn't say what was in it, but he turned them down. I'm guessing there was a clause or two in there forbidding him to piss on the tripe they're palming off onto people. Who saw the final venue they released for S3 - The Last Venue of Amor? Take a look at LS' revue of that one, then watch LGR's and compare. You can clearly hear LS struggling to give us reasons why we should buy it; "Oh, the water looks so amazing." (It looks like a blue path!) LGR just comes right out and tells you what pile of shit it is. Stick with LGR's revues if you want to know what you're really getting.

There's a lot to do in this game and I love. Winter is always a favorite. Couple of things I've been finding out as I'm still playing. -Sims can sabotage the tree and decorating bin box. -Sims can get a angry moodlet from messing up on decorating the tree. -Good sims can't/won't sneak or peek at presents -Sims can check the mailbox to see if they received a gift for Winterfest (Can get them from other sims and family) -Sims can also sabotage other sims on love day -The cold buff can disappear briefly when sims drink warm drinks -Sims can get a dazed moodlet from a grand meal from eating so much -Winterfest tree has a chance of combusting into flames when lighting the tree -Children and childish sims can talk to snowpals -Sometimes gifts go unappreciated and a sims get a sad moodlet -Sims gain more weight faster eating grand meals (be careful) -With the snow piles they can actually block your sim in their home if they're not taken care of. -You can order gifts online -Fireplaces will heat one room in the home -Townie sims will walk around in festive hats and outfits sometimes for Winterfest

That's... omg.. not how engines work, that's not how of any of that works. not to mention Engines are more often licensed out rather then made & are incompatible with each other, though there are Studios who make there own to fit more niche games. Capcom's REngine, or Konami's Fox Engine are good examples. No amount of Reworking is going Make unreal Engine 3 Look, preform and do what Unreal Engine 4 does. Please, look into game development before you start making bold unknowing claims, and assuming things. if you want games to evolve, You need to use new engines every generation.

My sims games have never stayed untouched for as long periods at a time since sims 4 came out. At first when I saw the season expansion pack I was finally excited, but after looking at your rewiew and others of the expansion I was disappointed. I realised sims 4 was never gone give me the depth I wanted in my gameplay. Yes it runs.. ok.. and the cas is fun, but that's about it. I went back and looked at all your sims rewiews starting at sims 4 and then back at sims 3, it suprised me; since I haven't played sims 3 in 2 years, of how much stuff the sims 3 came with and the freedom it provided. I downloaded it and started playing yesterday and I got completely lost in my gameplay, I played for 9 hours *ops* without being close to bored. And yes I have to run in super bad quality so it can run without problems but honestly.. *i don't care..* as soon as I got in to the world, it was nostalgic and fun! And I didn't do to much either! But honestly to being able to walk anywhere, be a stylist and make the whole town wear leopard print in all different colours and traveling and exploring. It was amazing. I've watched your rewiews for collective of 9 years now and I still love your rewiews of the sims 4, but I realised that i'm not gonna spend another coin on it myself. Sims 4 gets me bored after 20 minutes of gameplay. Your rewiews are comedy gold and i I mean not only the sims rewiews, and it was fun to binge watch all the old rewiews as well, you've grown as a creator and reviewer! Thanks for entertaining us! And if you go back and look at the ambition expansion pack(ts3) vs any expansion pack from the sims 4, it provides more fun and gameplay and diversity of gameplay than any of the ts4 packs do collected. The sims 4 was so disappointing and still is just 4 years of *m e h...* And this season expansion was just not good in my eye's. Not for all the money it costs collected with the rest of the sims 4.

I honestly don't understand how you can enjoy Sims 3 after the stability brought on in Sims 4, or the more animated sims themselves. Sure it's not perfect and has its fair share of bugs (can we fix Vampires pls), but if given a choice which to play, 4 gets my vote. I just remember how choppy Sims 3 became for me towards the end, virtually unplayable, and was so happy when they introduced smaller contained neighbourhoods in 4.

Where did they say that? The sims games have been nothing close to realistic. You can play to your liking how you like, but among things like male pregnancies due to aliens, living gnomes, vampires, ghosts and the grim reaper lol that's no where close to being real. It is a simulation yes, but nothing but close imitation. Tanning would come in a beach related pack I never even figured it'd be in this pack anyway considering no beaches yet. Not sure how cars would work in game other than functioning like the Sims 2 but a majority of lots don't have any roads close to the lots so it really wouldn't work other than your sim POOFING away.

Kinda dissapointing really that the Sims 2 still has so much detail compared to the games after. There were a lot of roads in world's too in S3. Dunno why they didn't want to animate it just pulling out. If cars were introduced in the game, some lots that don't have roads you would definitely have to POOF away.

It’s an improvement but I stil wish the game was open world. I loved it in TS3 when your sim would go to work or a party and they’d have be effected by the weather. Walking a few feet outside of their house and then a loading screen just isn’t the same 😢

It appears to me that EA/The Sims Studio are really ramping up their development efforts: If you look at the "old" packs, they mostly we refined and concentrated packs featuring only a handful of features, but this pack includes a ton of stuff! More items than ever before, more actions, UI updates, they even updated a core career! Please, EA/The Sims Studio, let this be the beginning of a Sims 4 renaissance! Make the Sims 4 it should have ever been!

Though I agree this is probably the best pack out for TS4, I'm disappointed with some features that are cut out. Sunburn, despite being an inconvenience, was funny. The fake tan stations were also funny when your sim came out half sprayed. Another feature I don't see is the large festival events at the park in your world. These are very fun for me and I think it's a major part of the Seasons experience. On a positive note, I must say that the rain looks beautiful. Great review as always.

This pack has made the game felt so much closer to having the “complete” and “wow I didn’t realize I’ve been playing for 5 hours” feel to it that the sims 3 did. I don’t see myself quickly getting bored or exhausting all the new gameplay features. Very happy with this one!

Gene Sealing his Face 1984 Clubs would be “Get Together” right? I guess I’ve never seen that review. But even City living, which is one of the best packs (Its up there with seasons) imo, was just rated “ok, since it doesn’t add as much to the gameplay”. My Sims lived in Oasis Springs for a couple weeks and I built a townhouse in San Myshuno since I didn’t like it outside the city at all... I don’t even live in a city, but apparently I hate it in the Sims.

I found Supernatural to be pretty lackluster and fairly boring in S3. So, I wouldn't mind if they put out another gamepack for a another life state if it was done as well as vampires since they can focus on them giving them the amount of detail they deserved. Though I'm waiting on more gameplay I can see myself using daily like a school/university type of pack along with a beach vacation world before getting into even more sillyness I tend to enjoy from time to time.

Meik Schartner one thing I wished that expansion had included would me more apartment options. This is just a personal preference, but I really wished there had been some more smallish apartments, without crazy high ceilings. Such a dumb thing to want I feel like, but it always irked me haha. I think a pack that has boarding schools like 3, BUT, you go with them and live in a big boarding school for a week and there’s a nearby town you can visit, and you can have the different boarding schools ( Smugworth, Dribbline etc) and adults can become professors, plus university of course, I think all that as a school expansion pack would be awesome
