Mine will never return a ball. He'll return a soft squishy squeaky toy Maybe 6 * with each return shorter and shorter. They don't have the retriever instinct. At a certain point I believe they are wondering why you aren't returning it to them LOL

@@daddy4929 When your dog is sleepy you can cut those hair with a pair of small scissors. Make sure she is calm and doesn't move while you are cutting the hair. Cover her eyes with your other hand and be careful. I've been doing this since my dog was a few months old. He is 2 years old now and is used to this routine. You can give her a treat after cutting the hair as a reward.

Lhasa Apsos are guard dogs by nature hence aggressive. You will have to train them or else they could bite strangers. They are good companions. Don't get a dog if you are planning to leave the dog alone at home during the day while you go out for work. You need to take care of their grooming on a regular basis. Hair brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning and bathing has to be done on a regular basis. In summers you need to cut their hair so that their bodies stay cool. Regular check ups with vet and vaccinations are also necessary. Lhasa Apsos are fussy eaters.

Ye sahi information hai. But training dene ke baad order follow karte hai aur jyada angry nahi rhete. Socialize aapko karna padega roz bahar leke jaake dusro dogs aur alag logo ke milwake. Khaane ke maamle me ziddi hai.

Don’t let dog wear shoe. My Lhasa is 15+ year old, his paw pads are so strong, let nature challenge dog potential plz. Lhasa need daily walking to keep healthy but don’t over do it to exhaust him, if you want him have a long life. Mine is our best house guard, so alert with great hearing. Lhasa was attend obedience class to learn so many so quick when he was young, I still feel I had done right to gave Lhasa the childhood education opportunity.

Sorry, but this is not a Lhasa Apso. It could be a mix but it looks more Havanese. The snout is too long and so are the front legs. I can't tell about the tail and if it is too short to curl over his back which is both a Lhasa and Havanese trait. Maybe a multipoo? But not a Lhasa Apso. They are my favorite breed. Havanese are very sweet too.

If its a female one, pls watch out for uterus infection called pyometra that affects these breeds after its 4 years old. We had the exact one and lost it due to pyometra 3 months back. So pls watch out. The disease is deadly and symptomatic only in the last stages.
