Appreciate your diligence in experimenting until coming up with good video worthy results. Your method is a good one and leaves the door open to try different flavors. Hey, got relatives up visiting from Ft Myers. I picked them up at ORD from RSW. It was so hot when they got here they thought their flight took off and circled right back to RSW! It was 109° with the heat index! Okay, time to dust off the pressure cooker! Be well!
