I used a sanding bit for my dremel, then hand sanded a little with 120 then 220, then used a polisher for my dremel again and got the same result after about one hour
It looks amazing! do you need to put wax? or any oil?

Little more information. When you sand a piece of wood gradually with every grit of sandpaper, this will happen. When you finish sanding with 120 and move to 220, you remove The scratches left behind by the 120. Take this process all the way down to the finest of sandpaper grits and the project will appear as if it was polished. It is The same process used to polish glass and metal, except often You would be using a paste type compound with very fine pieces of grit in it. It takes a long time, but the finished product speaks for it self. Although You might want to use oil or wax to protect it form the environment. Moisture would still be able to affect it over time. It is a beautiful example of hard work by a skilled craftsman. Edit was to fix a typo.
I not used clearlacquer only sanding 21hour It's like a ascetic training of Buddhism. lol
