在公園裡臉朝下， Prozzie 也太好笑了，那不是小睡，是按摩吧； 現在便利商店的選擇好多，每次去都要在它們前面呆站好幾分鐘； 便利商店食物最大的優點是方便，可迅速吃到餐廳級的美味食物； 至於便不便宜見仁見智，也要看品項！總之，也不會讓人太失望！👍😃👌

超商的湯麵份量偏少、肉和菜太少，義大利麵比較會飽，如果要健康可以吃雞胸肉、茶葉蛋、沙拉不要醬、水果盒，澱粉就吃地瓜 而且食品添加物成份寫滿滿 超商火鍋已經是天價，CP值低 OK店的麵包是統一的，和711的麵包一樣，OK店微波食品比其他超商差 但是萊爾富微波食品口味不錯，個人感覺有比711和全家便宜一點

We've commented so often on how meals Taiwanese and foriegners alike take in per week from convenience stores. We cook at home mostly because we love the produce here in TW and we feel it's better for our health. We're at the age where we really need to behave when it comes to nutrition. Fun vid per usual.

The clerks in some taiwanese local convent stores are quite nice and friendly, they interact with the local residents pretty well. By the way, the taiwanese convenient stores offer too many items of business services. They r really busy,… quite stressful in some rush hours… so I think no one could handle a ton of the business amount and also chat with people all the time. But I think the general service attitude is polite, then it is satisfying enough.

Love the convenience stores in Taiwan! Was nice to stop for a pit-stop during my big travels in Taiwan! 8:18 I've eaten many of those sealed sandwiches. I always have the peanut butter one. Nothing special, but good in a pinch. As for coffee, have you ever had the Sicily Lemon Coffee? Tastes a bit weird at first, but once you acquire the taste after 2 or 3, they're brilliant and now my favourite coffee! 7-Eleven started it and theirs is the best, Family Mart's is decent, I think I tried it from OK Mart and it wasn't great from there, but their normal coffee is fine. 13:09 I don't mind it. Back in 2013 there was this local Family Mart near me and this guy that worked there kept saying I was handsome every time I went and it made me uncomfortable so I started to avoid it.

I do not like the foods in the convenient store, only have it when I am in a hurry. If I have 2 meals of the convenient store foods, my body will tell me there is something wrong. It is good when you can not find anything to eat, but definitely it is not for a regular meal. Thanks for doing this experiment for us.

In terms of convenience store food, 7-ELEVEN is still head and shoulders above the rest. I'm surprised that you ate at Family Mart so much - I almost never eat there. I have good, friendly banter with one of the older clerks at 7-ELEVEN. I think the younger generation spends so much time on their phones that they're struggling with interpersonal communication.

An idea for a future video: chat to expats about inflation in Taiwan versus inflation in the west. Fewer westerners are coming to Taiwan these days because they can't really save much money - or rather that the money saved is almost worthless back home - it certainly doesn't buy what it used to. I feel that Taiwan hasn't had inflation as bad as western countries. Rent has shot up, but it has everywhere and other products haven't really shown the same inflation as back home.
