當兵都很講紀律，有受過訓練的敏銳度跟集中力相對都會提高。訓練是辛苦的，可是也能讓你脫胎換骨(會變得對事情有解決的勇氣跟毅力，不會輕言放棄)。

The 涼山troop is famous for a prison outbreak back in 80th the prisoners are hold prison guards as hostages and the government was trying to handle the situation by the police force, however after 3 days they just deploy a small squad of 5 people from 涼山troops, they just go in with sticks, take down 20-30 prisoners, and clear the situation in like 2 hours, all the prisoners just gave up! So people start to call these special forces 涼山上的鬼 is because their base camp are up in 涼山at 高雄 Also their is another story of a ex-special force (前涼山部隊） truck driver, who is already in his late 50, almost 60 years old, and he was drunk and driving, got pulled over by a young police officer, but because he was drunk, so he just attacked the police officer and got away! Which shows how strong is the training for 涼山forces! Even someone who is already retired for so long, still able to to take down a police officer even he is drunk! However he does turn himself in the next day!

根本找錯活動訓練的教官，同樣身為一個軍職退伍軍人，我確認，這位李孝宗先生不適合當你們這群菜鳥的教官，更何況整個訓練充滿他個人的憤怒情緒，說了他媽的一卡車的幹話，沒資格當教官，真的很不情願看到這種貨色出現在影片裡，最後要說一句安慰的話，你們大家辛苦了，的確被整得很慘！

芋頭炊粉升級版：蝦米加香菜先炒過，再加到芋頭炊粉湯裡面一起煮。怕吃不飽的，可以再額外加現成的炸芋頭和響鈴卷（薄豆皮），就很澎湃了！
