Li Na Tennis Training Drill for Spinshot Sports

Thanks to our friends in at Momentum Tennis in Charleston, South Carolina for this fantastic tennis drill made with the Spinshot Plus-2 High Speed (high spin).
The drill is taken from the famous Chinese tennis player Li Na and they have added a couple of volleys at the net. An offensive drill that works on closing out the point on your terms.
The drill consists of three forehand balls across the baseline, a mid court shot and closes out with two volleys at the net.
