澳门杏仁饼其实是绿豆粉做的,当中只有少量的杏仁粉而已。视频里介绍的两个食谱,酥化的口感神还原了▶️鉅記手信和▶️咀香园饼家的杏仁饼。至于酥脆版的则让我想起了▶️凤城的杏仁饼。若有到过澳门的朋友一定知道上面提及的饼家都是游客买手信必逛的店家哦。😊 #EngSub pls pull down
➡️烘烤杏仁的温度是摄氏130°C,时间8 - 10分钟。大家要根据自家的烤箱的温度而作出调整哦。
💡本次视频使用的模具:50g月饼模
💡两个食谱中牛油和植物油的部分是可以替换的。喜欢牛油的可以使用牛油,素食者也可以把牛油换成任何植物油哦。
⬇️以下食谱可做13个重约20 - 21g的杏仁饼。
澳门杏仁饼食谱:
A.酥化版
绿豆粉 110g
普通面粉 25g
杏仁粉 35g
糖粉 40g
玉米油 30g
美国杏仁 30g
清水 1汤匙*
*一汤匙清水约7-8g。
⬇️以下食谱可做20个重约20 - 21g的杏仁饼。
澳门杏仁饼食谱:
B.酥脆版
绿豆粉 180g
杏仁粉 55g
糖粉 65g
无盐牛油 50g
美国杏仁 30g
清水 2汤匙
➡️温度:摄氏130°C
➡️时间:25分钟
⬇️The recipe below can made 13 pieces 20 - 21g cookies.
Macao Almond Cookies recipe :
A. Melt dough
Mung bean flour 110g
Plain flour 25g
Almond powder 35g
Powdered sugar 40g
Corn oil 30g
Almonds 30g
Water 1 tablespoon*
*A tablespoon of water is around 7-8g.
⬇️The recipe below can made 20 pieces 20 - 21g cookies.
Macao Almond Cookies recipe :
B. Crispy dough
Mung bean flour 180g
Almond powder 55g
Powdered sugar 65g
Unsalted butter 50g
Almonds 30g
Water 2 tablespoon
➡️Temperature : 130°C
➡️Duration : 25 minutes

真羡慕你的表面花纹是很清晰。我试了会不清楚。但是,我就没有先把杏仁先放在表面。你懂什么原因吗?
