This scene has more meaning than just comedy. Anita Yuen character was Li heung kam, daughter of li heung lan. Li heung lan is the name of the song. Dedicated to a singer/actress of Japanese origin, accused as a spy and forced to leave China.

I only recognized his voice when he said alealeale and a bit song after that is stephen chow real voice but i am not sure the other is his real voice. After reply and reply many times i think yes that's his real voice. The recording maybe changed his voice a bit.
