omg i've researched over this whole youtube platform for a medical spa owner in the state of florida . i'm a RN as well and i'm in FNP school and my ultimate goal is to be a medical spa owner but something is telling me to go for it right now . something is telling me to get in this world of business and do what I have the legal rights to do as RN and when i get my FNP then i can up the services if i want to . you've given so many valuable points but i would really love to speak more about things because you're in florida . The governor has opened up the scope of practice for certain NPs in Florida and I hope by the time i finish school they will allow medspas without supervision of a physician. Thank you for your video I’ve been so discouraged 😔 because of how much everything cost in Texas to get paperwork going just a LLC is $300 I was told it’s best to get my LLC first before anything so that I can get a business credit thru my bank to start my spa!! Currently I’m gonna do a at home spa to start out but lately have been feeling like u were with the paper work and getting started I feel at a stand still and I thank u for your video I know that I have to just keep trying and it’ll all come together

@@gabriellecalzada3941 yea girl trust me I feel you I don’t wanna get discouraged and hopefully you won’t either we got this.. but Texas seems so expensive to get started and To know it’s tuff to get funding without a LLC is tuff but I’m currently getting that out the way first then hopefully I’ll get funding for the rest!! thanks for your comment boo! It's tough at first, everything is new and foreign. I believe people do say to get the LLC first but from the looks of the paperwork in my case I didn't have my physical location yet and that information needed to be on the LLC forms (of course) so I did mine after I confirmed my spa location. I want to start up but there is alot of competition and I'm not from here so I don't know very many people. 😕 also everything here is super medical! Everyone loves their "botox" and fillers. And I'm a holistic esthetician, reiki master and herbalist so I do gua sha, plant based facial, energy healing and sugaring. There isn't a huge market here with that. So I'm scared to start up
