Jesus, Manu Bennett is one attractive human being. He just has so much presence and quiet charisma even though he's not that loud or expressive. No wonder Crixus was such a hit among the fans. And Cynthia, damn she's so beautiful and such a good actress, Naevia is probably my favourite character ever.

The show was based on a real story, the third slave rebellion in Italy. The actors died in the way their real characters did. All the main characters were based on people that really existed. If the gladiators've won at the end, the story wouldn't be real or make any sense. Ps: if Crixus didn't have devided the group, they would've won the battle and the Roman Empire would've fallen centuries before its actual fall. It would've been epic!!!! But still... That is history, that was what happend and the only thing we can do is enjoy the show! :)

Can I just add to people who were complaining when Cynthia replaced LAB as Naevia saying she was ugly and why not but from what I see in this clip Cynthia is beautiful and not at all ugly and in the new trailer for Spartacus she looks so awesome with the long hair and her new blue (I assume thats the color) clothes. Both are great, both are very well written and acted (even when Spartacus began weak at those two points). Game of Thrones has a better budget, but Spartacus managed the "not so high" budget to make it one of its virtues, placing beautiful "not so realistic" backgrounds, but again, beautiful and artistic. My vote goes to Spartacus, beacuse, it's a shorter series, doesn't have annoying and unnecessary cliffhangers, and it's way more funny and entertained, every Spartacus episode is spectacular.
