No. I feel sorry for Harry for yet again finding himself facing prison for something he didn`t do - even though he technically was guilty of having left Amy unconscious, he was not guilty of her death, and therefore shouldn`t have been held on remand. This time he is completely innocent, and had James been much of a lawyer, he should have been able to get Harry off the hook months ago, simply by using Harry`s information he took a bus to town after having discovered his car to be missing, and therefore - since busses in the UK have both on board and external cameras - such footage should have proved both that Harry had been telling the truth when he said he had left his phone in the Alfa Romeo, and that he couldn`t have driven that car to town that day - all the time footage proved him both entering a bus, sitting on board it going to town, and walking off it after it had gotten there. The fact Sadie both is the mother of Harry`s child, and has been accepting and offered money for testimony from both Liam and James, in real life, would severely have reduced her credibility as a witness - and as a result significantly having weakened Harry`s alibi, and chances of being found not guilty. Leaving James very few options for a defense, since he cannot suggest Liam to have been behind the wheel of the car - cause not only is the only thing implicating Liam in the case Sadie`s accusations of having been paid off and threatened by him - meaning that if Liam were to be accused, that would automatically weaken Harry`s alibi, since Sadie`s testimony would be the only way to introduce Liam as a possible suspect in court, so if Liam`s attorney suggested Sadie was just lying to protect her baby`s father, chances are the court could believe she both lied about having been with Harry that night, and about having been paid off by Liam. Which would have been a disaster for Harry, cause then he would appear as the one trying to get an innocent person convicted for something he himself had done. So unless either footage proving Harry was on the bus that day - and therefore couldn`t have driven the Alfa Romeo - or footage emerged proving who really was behind the wheel of that Alfa that night, things don`t look great at all for Harry. James could find himself in a situation where he would have to advice his client (Harry) to plead guilty, hoping for a lesser sentence (or striking a deal with the prosecution), cause the evidence suggesting Harry`s guilt stacked higher than the evidence suggesting there was a small chance he could be innocent. And when on top of that Sadie`s testimony could be seen as a blatant attempt of placing the blame on an innocent man, Liam (and yes, I know Liam was in the car, and the one who took the decision to leave a person in a helpless state contrary to common law, but the issue here is what the case could appear like in court - not what is the actual and full truth), advising Harry to plead guilty - and as a result receive a less severe sentence than if the court formed the impression he had tried to use Sadie to get an innocent person convicted - could be the only option James felt he had. Should this turn out to be where this is heading, and Mercedes feeling so guilty over Harry`s conviction, she volunteered herself as the actual driver of the hit and run car, that would have opened a legal can of worms which would have been very difficult for the court to handle. The question being if Mercedes told the truth, or if someone had paid or pressured her to confess to help Harry. But honestly, haven`t poor Harry been through enough? So please Hollyoaks, get Harry off the hook one way or the other very soon now - this storyline has dragged on too long!

Most gangsters are stupid. Some of them even incredibly stupid. And in general the more of a facade of being a hard man people put on, the more insecure they are underneath. It is the calm and quite ones you have to look out for. Those who never reveal what they are thinking, or what motives they have, but yet are not troubled with any conscience of breaking moral boundaries with their actions, should they deem it in their interest. Someone like James is a lot more dangerous than both Warren and Brendan put together.

It's touching to see ste look out for harry. I know people think ste is only doing it to get back with harry but it could also be because it was the right thing to do. For example when he found out james was innocent, he helped him get out of prison and he hates him. while james had set up sami's father and framed ste.whether or not ste has feelings for harry, he would have helped anyway. I always felt james was always the more selfish option. If you see sadie give birth at the next episode, harry will start making his child the priority and james won't like that. Plus i'm a little worried about sadie. Liam is terrible but wouldn't go so far as to hurt a pregnant lady but now that she isn't, he could kill her.

To be honest, I am more worried what James could come to do to not feel to lose Harry to Harry`s child, after the child is born, than of what Liam could come to do to Sadie - provided Sadie doesn`t come back for more money. From what we have seen James do before, he doesn`t seem to have much of a conscience at all, but is at the same time enormously possessive and controlling - especially over Harry. I don`t think the idea of sharing Harry with Harry`s child appeal much to him. So I don`t think it is question of if, but what James will do to not feel to lose Harry to the baby.

I never thought james and harry are right for eachother. Starry had its problems, but ste had his moments where he was selfless. James drugging harry and following him was disturbing. he says he will never do it again but he's done it before so he will do it again. And as a father, It's easy to predict that james won't like that harry will make his son a priority. He's petty and controlling. I know that people were excited about the jarry ship because they like james. But james is still the same person that will track his partners and drug them.

@@ihh619 Personally I think Harry would do wise to avoid both getting involved with either James or Ste. James because of his ruthlessness, manipulative and controlling behavior - and not the least the fact previous actions suggest him to completely lack any conscience whatsoever, and therefore could make himself do anything, without any moral boundaries whatsoever, should he deem it in his own interest. After all he both framed Sami`s dad - an innocent man - for embezzlement, framed Ste - a father of two children who just had lost their mother - for Amy`s death and both solicited Harry - the son of his client at the time - for sexual favors first - only to blackmail him about it afterwards. Could someone like that go as far as to kill a baby, just so he could be there to comfort the father afterwards - and that way win the father back? Absolutely - but I hope Hollyoaks will not go there. Ste is far from as extreme as James - and not half as dangerous - but still has his issues. Not only is he both impulsive and immature - not a good combination - but he has a tendency to lose his temper too quick and too intensively. He has for the most part taken Harry for granted - and as a result Harry both has found himself homeless and in a custody battle which never should have been started at all, because of Ste medical condition at the time, and he therefore had everything to lose, but nothing to win, realistically, by taking Amy to court. So all n all I think Harry would have done wise to both ditch James and Ste, and either find someone new - or play the field for a while, and enjoy his youth years to the fullest.
