Whether you see any or all of these individual ideas as helpful or causing many traditional people-based jobs to go, both will happen I think - I did some work in a call centre, and all we were doing was [a] calling people (outbound) for consent to send a tech, arranging a time etc or [b] inbound, getting calls from people, 95% of the job was talking to someone about this kind of thing - and I thought AI could do this...

Great video mate. Plenty of value there. Outbound Voice Agents are going to be so interesting. 0.4 second response time, only going to shrink! Every great business owner speaks of their hard slogs of cold calling. Excited to see this and investigate myself. One area I am interested in is instant quotes for trades with lead generation, as well as mechanics providing approximate quotes based off photo uploads, again generating leads for follow up. Great content overall! One element to consider more carefully is the ethics. Inbound call management sounds wonderful. However, thousands of outbound calls from every small business with a cheap bot could be an unbearable amount of spam for humans. Everyone will need their own AI answering machine to filter it out.

You should defo do the ai cold calling example. The ai should be able to locate business based on provided criteria or it can use its own initiative to determinate the criteria but lets say you were to target barber shops for whatever reason you could have it call all the barber shops in your area or specified radius and then it can call them and market your services for you. In the case of a no answer, it should leave a voicemail. I think this approach could be incredible IF the ai voice used is that of a human, we can even use our own voices as the voice model and so potential leads won’t sound discouraged that they’re talking to some sort of automated machine

Liam, I have a very important question to ask about AI agencies, and its preventing me to roll this out to any clients. I'm building my AI chatbots on Voiceflow, however I frequently run into the issue of running out of tokens and exceeding token usage. How exactly can the chatbots work for businesses with hundreds of customers when the chatbots run out of tokens constantly and need to be re-purchased? How did you solve this with your agency? I'm running Voiceflow premium and I am still experiencing this problem. What do you do? This has entirely stopped me in my tracks.

Hi mate, great question. If you’re munching through tokens that fast I’d recommend replacing the AI blocks within Voiceflow with API calls to OpenAI directly, or if you’re using a knowledge base to something like Stack AI or Relevance. This is how we’ve solved these issues in the past

These are some nice workarounds, definitely going to try investigate further. I've also realised I had some unnecessary AI components which really burnt through the tokens, so it really helped getting rid of those for now. All part of the learning curve I guess! Would love to see you do a scribe + insurance agent's agent 😂it doesn't actually have to be specific to insurance, I imagine the tasks I do daily as insur agent many professionals, executives, admins, office work of any kind would have as well. Ive if the biggest time sucks in my job is documentation! Im (not actually) ocd so I cant just fly through notes for each interaction, especially cause im dealing with binding contracts that from time to time end up being essential in serious legal matters. But I wish I could Automate my processes a bit but im not too sure how and where. After I document (really basic note pad typed templates the whole company uses) I pay it to the account/policy but I then record the interactions in my own excel sheet but its much more casual as its for my eyes only mostly (unless I need to fall back on it if shit hits the fan) so its very minimal but it takes extra time noting two separate notes on 2 different programs There are way more aspects that id include in it so if you have any intrest let me know, otherwise ill leave it at that lol Love the videos, thanks!

Fairly often Ive had interaction notes/documentation save my ass! A big one that seems to be the most occuring is after a loss (car accident, cat stolen, sewer backup, flood etc) clients come back to check if they have the coverage that would cover which ever loss and make them whole again, (or close to..), if they DON'T have the coverage 8/10 times they say "I didnt know I needed it, it was never offered to me!" Or " I didnt know that existed, I wound have absolutely bought it" or "I said yes to adding that coverage its supposed to be on" First stop is the notes! Every thing declined, every recommendation, every important part of every interaction gets documented in detail and more than one Ive had to be like "well actually I see that on (date and time) (agents 1st name) did in fact offer the coverage to you, you declined due to (cost, need to talk to spouse, maybe at renewal etc), you were told and agreed to the impact of not having it so im sorry but we cant back date the coverage to before the loss " which basically means theyre sol and have to pay out of pocket to fix or replace but its very hard to argue with that, but people still do lol
