Hey guys ! For the problem at : 2:45:22, I've experimented a bunch and found that the best way to stop the Bot from saying "Based on the information given" or else, you should also ask to "Never refer to the knowledge base" in the prompt for the question (last utterance) and not only in the Knowledge base settings. I'm using this in french as the question: "Répond à la question de l'utilisateur sans dire que tu réponds avec "les informations fournies": {last_utterance}" Which translate to: "Answer the user's question without saying that you are answering 'based on information provided' " and it seems to work a lot better now :) Hope it helps !

I've been building and repairing computers for 30 years and in that time I've dabbled with coding and programming in several aspects but never really fully committed to it. This new push in AI evolution is the opportunity I've been looking for along With, I guess, the incentive. Great video Liam. What I need to know is more about deployment and pricing. These bots are charged for on design then rent per month but what actual costs do you incur during the monthly use and what plans do you need on the various platforms to accomodate all this or do you create individual accounts on each platform per client in their name? A indepth video on this side of things would be most helpful

Though this can be an extensive topic and it has no right or wrong answers, we’ve been selling AI services for the past 3-4 months, so here’s a (very) simplified breakdown: - Mainstream automation software has usually a moderately low-cost and tends to be created and then passed over to the client (you add their accounts as owners). An extra “pro” is that you can and should do that through agency partnership programs, as they not only make it way easier for you but also give you a small cut on the client retainer. Some examples of that can be ManyChat, Zapier, Make, etc. - There are more expensive softwares that many companies buy enterprise packages and then use their quotas for managing client accounts (they usually have dashboards specifically for that). When that’s the case, you can see clients’ usage though this dashboard to help you with pricing. An example of that can be Stack AI. Again, though pricing is a deeper subject than just this, it tends to revolve around this 2 models: Either “giving” clients the accounts, where they pay for all costs and you charge a setup fee; … Or in some cases subscribing to enterprise packages on more robust software (usually clients would not understand how to even use these, and could be a disservice to them) and charging the client on monthly basis. The first option is far better if you’re starting out. I’d never recommend companies (or individuals) that don’t have predictable cashflow to pay for softwares out of their own “pockets”.

Appreciate the value Liam! Nobody else is creating content like this in the space... we are all kind of relying on you lol and you deliver every time. My biggest struggle with chatbots is taking them to the next level using basic coded features and integrating the bot with automation, Flowise , and/or StackAI to create more advanced functionalities. Something that would be valued is a pre-coded template we could just plug and play (similar to the prompts you provided) and create these enhancements with little to no coding skills.

My biggest issue is the pricing. Let's say I want the customer to cover the monthly usage of a chatbot that I build, on botpress or voiceflow, the client will probably like to know the estimated cost to figure out if he's fine with the expense. There is of course a price for token, but how can I know how much it will be for the monthly usage of a bot if I don't have any data and no idea how many interactions with AI the customers of my client will make during a month. That's confusing. PS. The video is absolutely brilliant 👌

i have the same question. On voiceflow your AI tokens run out very quickly, even 1 million tokens run out after just a few days. Should the client pay for the tokens or should you absord that cost in your agency?
