Interesting. The only problem i have with this is the size. I have 140mm fans in my case. Yes i could install 120mm, the mounts can handle this, but why should i do this? Bigger fans transport more air at lower speeds. But these look really nice.

Well Lian Li are ones to do this kind of thing I suppose. But as someone who just likes standard, quiet, manila pc fans I'd love to see board manufacturers include more fan headers than ARGB headers. Every M-ATX and Mini ITX board I can find for my current build seems to be more geared towards and RGB setup than a normal fan setup. Having to require a fan hub/ controller if you plan to use more than two case fans as well as a CPU cooler/ AIO is ridiculous.

but no infinity wireless versions as far as i know, which i think are their best ones, i find that weird to be honest. Also not reverse blade 3-packs, and i think you will often find people needing 3 right away for bottom intake. They are VERY expensive, but yeah, so few wires is really great with setup. Though with daisy chaining the previous version, frankly, having only needing to do it once, i kind of find that good enough. Not sure about the price difference, but seeing where i live, we are usually off rather expensive and have fewer fluctations in basically all computer things, things are slower and never go as low as in the US for instance (i live in the Netherlands).

Thanks for the detailed demonstration of the fans. These fans are really amazing. I was wondering that you CPU temp was at 44C, doesn't that seem too high especially that your CPU was not under load. Is it because that you used the reverse blade fans on one side of the radiator. I remember in your previous video you setup the fans as push/pull on the radiator, but I didn't really notice the CPU temp in your previous video.

@DanKamYouKnow25 күн бұрын
As mentioned at the start of the video; fan speed and RGB control are completely wireless.
@Sald8Trin25 күн бұрын
@@DanKamYouKnow I understand it sure, but trying to find a reason for going "wireless" at all. Most fan control hubs require mobo usb and power anyway, and provide power for fans through the hub, seemingly with the same amount of wires as "wireless" fans. Now if hubless, fans connect to power and/or mobo pwm+argb and can be daisychained to each other... So again, same amount of cables. I own corsair fans that can be chained group by group and then the last fan goes with single cable to a hub, which then connects to power and usb only. That is - again, using less wires than "wireless" connection. It's just plain dumb idea going "wireless", leaving users with same amount of wires and introducing possible wireless interference (and/or more points of failure) for the fan and led control. And I get it it's an ad, you got these fans sent, but come on.

although I love Lian Li these fans are such a marketing gimmick, to be so reliant on pushing the wireless aspect when everyone knows fans can never be truly wireless, its just so stupid. imagine someone buying these thinking theyre ACTUALLY wireless and they get basically the exact same fan as any other with one less cable and one more usb port taken up.

I dont understand the point. its the same amount of wires as the non "wireless" Am I missing the point here?

The point is that the fan speed and RGB control are 100% wireless, and there is no physical connection to the controller itself. I don’t see how so many people don’t understand the significance of what Lian Li did

@DanKamYouKnow sure they were able to make those things be controlled without the wires. But you still need to plug the cables into something. So wired version or not, you're still plugging the SAME amount of cables in lol.
