The whole point is better GPU induction and cooling which makes sense. When the GPU takes in air it blow it out the side, often then keeping the hot air inside the case. Having it mounted at the front gives the GPU better intake of air while expending out the mesh in the side of the case instead of over the motherboard and components, keeping the system cooler. What I would have liked to have seen, are two fans on the bottom drawing air up (instead of mirror) and fans (or 240mm AIO) mounted on top for exhaust, and mesh on both sides of the GPU as to expel its hot air directly out both sides.

I cant help but think that it would make so much more sense for the side to be an intake, since it would be trivial to put a filter there, and have the back as exhaust.

I was very heavily considering this when it was shown at last year's computex, as I loved the look of the upright gpu and the small footprint. But then the targeted release window (Q4 of 23) came and went, and I got impatient waiting as I'd managed to cobble together enough cash for all my parts in the interim, so I ended up buying an O11D Evo like everybody else, then immediately regretted not getting the Evo XL or waiting for this or the Vision. Having given it a few months tho, I'm glad I didn't bother. Case still looks great, but I think my tastes have moved on. Thanks for the review!

@ChristopherFlannigan Assuming I want to run dual GPU for LLM, is the riser cable long enough to allow a 2nd gpu to sit in the 2nd PCIE slot and still route to the back to reach the main GPU? Looking at something like a ASUS TUF 3060TI (301mm length) as the 2nd GPU.

Should prevent sagging of really heavy gpus… I would hope to see a little bit bigger version that would allow full air cooled version of this, instead water cooling…

I like it! (And that's saying a lot considering how curmudgeonly I can be when it comes to change. 😝) I also like the fact that you're using Montech's HyperFlow AIO (I *must* have one of those to use in my King 95 Pro!), and I can hardly wait to finish here so I can watch the full build video. 👍🏼

This setup uses six exhaust fans and three GPU fans configured as intake, though the GPU fans do not spin all the time. Consequently, the only consistent intake fan is the rear fan, which lacks a dust filter. This configuration will create negative pressure, causing the PC to function like a vacuum, drawing air-and consequently dust-through every opening in the case. This design choice seems questionable, as it will likely result in significant dust accumulation inside the PC.

Every GPU I’ve had the last 5 to 6 years including the 4090 I have have the fan settings to run all the time and then increase the temperature as far as I know the Aio should be an intake and the exhaust of the three set fans in the middle

Yes if your cables are short you will need to by longer cables... plugging them isnt an issue just length.

Great size! It’s so slim. Perfect for smaller desk. Thermals are great. Looks aren’t bad either. I could get used to it. I’m a huge fan of how slim it is.

You are wrong... its got the best temps of any case I have ever tried. Even the back of the motherboard is actively cooled and temps reflect that. The downside to the case is having to wire it. MB temps were a lot higher in my 011 dynamic due to the 4090 exhaust cooking everything.
