Love this scene. Pure & simple. Two people grieving for someone they both loved dearly. They could have sought comfort with someone else but they wound up together. The only other person they knew who got it...who understood the pain....the only person who could help and was needed. They performed it beautifully. They made me feel their combined sorrow and need for each other. I know the producers are determined to have sam & Jason always come together but this is where Jason really belongs and deep down wants to be. The Sonny, carly, sam characters keep putting Liz down and are against them being together but it's honestly because THEY want him staying their faithful, loyal protector. I get carly & sam being like that cause they're just two queen bees who can't handle the depth of Jason's feelings for Elizabeth. Sonny is just plain wrong.

She never asked him to give up his lifestyle. I can't hate her for not wanting to endanger her kids. The violence was real and she didn't want to take the chance. Sam deserves to be alone after all the vile things she did and never paid for. No mobster would ever marry Sam after what she did or accept that during their crappy marriage she turned to a cop who was trying to bring down the organization. Jason should walk away from them both at this point, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying them back in the day.

She, Ned, and Lila were the only ones he would talk to in the family for years after becoming Jason Morgan. I believe he even made Emily Michael's godmother. And then they have this MIND MAP attack of TWIN nonsense ridiculous story line and the ridiculous notion to PROMOTE THAT horrible Franco character! Despite what Franco did to Sam and Michael and countless of others. So i'm glad Liason is not on the new Era of Gh, this executive would have found some kind of extreme way to make the LIASON PAIRING look horribly wrong on General Hospital. So it's best they use JASAM and sell Jasam on today's Gh era that way, at least that audience of JASAM will keep the longevity of show of General Hospital to continue going on. So the show doesn't get cancelled! All we can do as a real Gh fan is wait out till this executive is removed from the ABC Network #Firefrank Hopefully by that time in the future we can nominate an executive worth making this show the way it was supposed to be! Someone like Sami Rami would do a wonderful job to resurrect Gh from the ashes. Or Garin Wolf! Till then we must tough it out, protest, and hope someday things we'll change. #FireFrank
