I think a lot of this is that Sonny and Carly are very manipulative, and they know that there is a chance if and Jason Elizabeth truly did make it official, get married that he may walk away from the business.

Yes in fact Jason was jealous of Zander with Liz. He felt he wasn't good for her. Love Liason. So bummed that the writers won't give them to us but I am really glad for all the scenes we have gotten lately.

Quite the opposite, he always took her side, believed in her... Jason and Elizabeth are the TRUE friends on this show. Loved seeing Jason looking over at Liz and Ewen most of the time they were there and Liz looking at Jason too. Even at the end there when Ewen was holding Liz's hand i think Jason could be a little jealous b/c he changed the subject awful fast. Liz has been looking amazing these last few times she's been on she's always been a beautiful women.I feel for Ewen when he hurts Liz b/c Jason will take care of him i heard that he will stop bye and tell Ewen that very thing.

Well now that Jason is back in 2024. I remember the scene recently were Jason came to see Elizabeth and Jake and the kids at the house. Elizabeth even said it never felt real that Jason was gone. They just have such that strong connection and friendship and love, so maybe they can explore it this time

LIz AND JASON HAS MORE HISTORY AND BACK AND FORTH THAN JASAM. THE WRITERS MAKE LIZ LOOK BAD IN SOME CASES AND SAM AINT NO SAINT, BUT THEY ALWAYS SHOW THE STRONG CONNECTION BETWEEN JASON AND LIZ EVEN WHEN THEY BREAK UP. Sonny needed Jason to remain close and loyal! So anyone who didn't fit the business or their world was a distraction! Elizabeth always represented a distraction for Jason a chance at a life outside of the business! Sonny always discouraged Jason away from Elizabeth and always warned Elizabeth away from Jason to keep Jason close to him not anyone else!

Jason and Liz always had great chemistry together. And Jason was happy with Liz, and a hell of alot happier with Liz than he could or will ever be with Sam. Sam DONE him dirty in the past and still is in 2018. Why is Jason still barking up that old tree?! He should be done with her once and for all! And anyway I think Sam has better chemistry with Drew.
