Morning chores / Prepping dinner / DITL / VLOG : 30th Jan, 2025

Sorry it's a short vlog today but the next day is part of the Canberra weekend away video. In this vlog I tackle my morning chores, prep a stirfry for dinner and start getting organised for the weekend away in our minivan.

Could you have the dog walker take one for a walk while you take one and train the dog that way one won’t be alone?

Can you not go and visit your Mum more on a regular basis. Say take the dogs and some lunch to her. From what you have told us the hospital stay just seemed to be about getting her into a routine of doing things, if you could get a routine happening with her that could help her. You are out with the dogs every day, just go via Mums.

I completely agree! It would be wonderful for Libby to go around and spend some time in the week with her.

I do go and see her a couple of times a week. The problem is she often isn't out of bed until 1-2pm. I have offered to come around and go for short walks with her but she doesn't accept the offer. She is just wanting to do anything or interact with anyone most days. She is seeing a physcologist again on a regular basis so hopefully that will help. I know I'm not the best daughter and am pretty focused on getting my own life settled and into routine but it's beneficial for me and my fibro(which has been so good.) Hopefully that will give me more energy/time to spend with her. She does also have my Dad so it's not like she's all alone.
