Rolf's nightclub act in the mid-sixties was charming, rogue-ish, and hilarious. It's documented on three LP records recorded in Vancouver nightclubs and released only in Canada. As far as I know all those men you mention took advantage of underage "groupies" who wanted to have sex with said men, which is bad in its own right due to the power imbalance and lack of informed consent. By contrast, Rolf Harris had more in common with Jimmy Savile and Roman Polanski, forcing himself on girls who had no desire whatsoever to have sex with him, hence why he and Savile and Polanski are treated far more harshly, since their behavior can't be cavalierly dismissed with "oh well it was the 1970s" or whatever.

No matter what has come out since, Rolf Harris was a genius entertainer, musician, painter and comedian and his work should remain shown forever. My nan used to sing this when I was a kid, but it always sounded like she was saying Jake The Pake... idk if I misheard her of if she misheard the original lyrics, it could be either. She's never been the brightest spark tho, she pronounces her own name wrong.
