We are aware that Joe has an undisclosed neurodegenerative disorder; Parkinson's and/or Lewey body Dementia. In addition, there are reports of him wearing pull-ups or disposable briefs. He has a history of falls and is now using a walker. Joe is 82 years old. Unfortunately the symptoms he's experiencing is not uncommon for a man his age. In Fact Joe Biden looks and sounds like he could be a resident at the nursing home I work for, or any other for that matter. I work in memory care and it is painfully obvious his cognitive abilities are not they once were. In my humble opinion, Joe is hardly "fit" and is past his expiration date. Neurocognitive disorders only get worse - NOT better. Therefore, I think he should bow out gracefully now to retain his dignity.
