Would love to implement liberarting structures into university clases. If you'd upload some other usages of the techniques that would be very awesome content :)

Cool how you introduce the structures! 25/10 Crowdsourcing might need a visual clue (slide?) to make it more easy to follow.

Can it be that the content substance will be forgotten while moving and trading?

Hello Ryan. You’re saying “open discussions without guided facilitation is actually dangerous”. Tough statement. I guess you wanted to be provocative. As a facilitator I would agree though. Could you expand on this or put it a bit differently?

Imagine an open discussion where only two people are talking because they are heads or superiors. Imagine another discussion when one speaker is talking endlessly without allowing others. Imagine another where participants are not moving towards achieving something from the discussion but just speaking OPENLY to put his/her points. Imagine another one where some participants are busy on phone or laptop. We don't need a facilitator with hunter or a facilitator, who can dictate the content of meeting, but we definitely need someone to guide the meeting towards the agenda.
