Hi Carsten, love your videos and enjoy checking up on your explanation of a method when it is not totally clear to me from something written. You do it so calmly, clearly and positively! One question: I noticed that in the English LS website they say: "Then people mill around and cards are passed from person to person. "Mill and Pass only. No reading." " In your video and on the German website they state that cards should be read briefly. What do you see as pros and cons of the variation? I could imagine: if you read the card, there is more group knowledge / wisdom of what ideas are in the room in general, which can be helpful for the aim and process (especially if the question is about getting a sense of where the group stands). At the same time, I imagine it would slow it down? I have only experienced it without reading which made it quite fast and energetic....

Cool! I have played around with three different versions: one with just passing, one with reading, and one with reading and talking before passing it on. I like option 2 or 3 most. Passing around without reading doesn’t give that much as you are also saying. I really like the spreading of knowledge in the other two. Yes, the tempo goes down but not that much. And the values go up a lot.
