Just got certified as Laughter Yoga Leader with Alexa Fong Drubay here in the Philadelphia area. I have always loved laughter, having grown up in a family where it was as overflowing as affection. A really goofy family who needed no reason to laugh. I have noticed that in the past week, I have intentionally engaged in a laughter practice. My breathing has improved (was diagnosed with asthma at 4) and I have more stamina. In my sometimes stressful work as a therapist, I have found that laughter has helped me to remain sane and vertical. I am eager to share this with as many people as I can. Thank you, Celeste for doing your part to share the laughter and the love.

Hi lovely Celeste! I loved your wonderful speech and sharing briefly your story... I so enjoyed it :) It always seems that a contrast or a combination of many contrasts causes people to tend to change their way of living.
