Hahahaha yes, the group I join (Dave Berman's Infinity Laughter) laugh together for 15mins straight everyday before reflecting on and discussing either our experience or a prompt. 😊🤣 it's wonderful... and my cheeks and abs knew about it when I first joined - it is a lot of laughter! davebermancoaching.com for anyone who is reading this and interested!

Haha I regularly join Dave Berman's Infinity Laughter, where we laugh for 15 minutes straight, it's on every day, so it's an exercise my body is used to. Butttt when I haven't laughed there for a while, yes, my cheeks and abs can get sore.
