There's more good celes than hypos. That's the real reason it sucks that liberta is better. Hypos need a great hero

It does and some players are running that combo and doing very well, Liberta for damage and Lucilla for the skills she brings but at a lower level. You're missing the SI but still working decently.

How important is 1* for daemia? Id like to build liberta but my daemia is at mythic. I feel like shes doing fine there but pretty much any guide says to build her to 30960. Is this really needed?

I have Alna, Veithael, Haelus and Lucretia fully built (1 star only), I'm thinking about starting a full Hypogean comp and have Lucretia with 4 fillers as the 2nd team, how should I do the formation for team 1? Maybe Canisa Ruke + Mehira Khazard core?

Liberta is by a large margin, the better one. I'm happy I went with him, and the "waifu" ended up being good but not incredible.

Might as well finish up Daemia to ascended 1 star then Liberta then Lucia. Make sure to also get maetria at some point too!

Lucilla is a little bit like a budget Maetria for the Hypogean tower. As almost f2p or mini dolphin i have to skip Maetria atm so Lucilla comes in handy. After Liberta ofc...

But how tf am l supposed to build them when l already have to build daemia, vethiel, twins, canisa & ruke, mortas, eziz and what not! Too many heros too little resources, if you are ftp there is no way to catch up with newer op heros. I only have lucretia and alna built out and thats it! Its sooo hard to build the cele and hypo heros AND keep up with the new heros like ivan AND dims like rem

I am behind on Celes and Hypogeans already since Awakened heroes just consume a lot of resources (Diamonds due to the daily purchase and Stargazing cards to get them to 1 star). Therefore I am NOT going out of my schedule to build any of them... I got Daemia at Mythic, Talene at Mythic+ (with all furniture waiting for her) and Ezizh at Myrhic. This duo will have to take a ticket and wait their turn.

People don't want to see the point , even when it's clear . So build who you want and the people who want to make progress faster will build liberta while those who want to look at Luscilla will do so .

There’s not really any point in saying who’s better. Like yeah Liberta is the one who deals the damage but Lucilla does things that makes Liberta deal even more massive damage. You have to build both. It’s just about who to build first and for that I’d say Liberta first

Liberta is working without Lucilla in a lot of spots when Lucilla cannot live without the counterpart in formations.
