In the comic shop, there is a poster bin. You can pick up a poster, there's no interact button, but you will clearly hear a sound and see a poster be removed. I have no further knowledge.

I’m pretty sure that is meant for the end fight when you get locked in the church. If you suck all the parts but do the one at the church last but don’t suck the last piece in all the way. You can suck the piece into the church then start the end fight when all ready. When the church is locked up you can suck that last piece in and turn into the lady comic book character and kill all the manglers and zombies it makes the end fight incredibly easy. Then the mega spawns in and kill that easily with aether shroud activated and that’s the end of the fight. I just did that and didn’t even need to use the mutant injection I had. Super easy effective way to use the Easter egg
