You guys are great, I love your vlogs they are always fun to watch, but Yady I have to tell you Pa is right, my wife googled echte boter and it’s real butter made in the Netherlands. That might be the reason for the flavor being a little off.😊👍🏾

Our Echte Boter is a natural Dutch product. It is made from churned dairy cream which is then kneaded into butter and acidified with lactic acid bacteria to obtain the well-known, pure butter taste.

Hey Yady. Yummy 🥐 & pastries. Love Park Cafe. I can’t see what the 🧈wrapper says but they have both and the wrappings are different. It should say butter if it is. Windjammer can be overwhelming any meal. Always tell myself tomorrow is another day so I don’t take a bite and waste. Right Yady. I like to be served. Hubby loves buffet. Well I did find out Pa was right. It is butter but I just dont like it. Butter is important to me 😂. If Pa could eat at the windjammer breakfast, lunch and dinner he would be the happiest man on the cruise. He is just super content with anything which I love about him. But you know your girl likes to get dressed and be served. Hope one day we are on the same cruise. 🤗🤗

The "echte boter" brand is a brand of butter from the Netherlands made from Dutch milk. It is definitely butter. The taste difference comes from a difference in texture that comes from how the cows (that produce the milk that produces the butter) are fed. Feeding the cows palm oil increases the fat content (in Europe, the fat content needs to be at least 82% while it only needs to be 80% in the US) and makes it easier to make butter out of the milk. It also makes the butter more firm. The more grass a cow gets as a percentage of its total feed, the softer the butter. The more palm oil, the harder.
