Recette MALANGWA FISH WITH PLANTAIN
In this video I share with you this delicious fish recipe that i love and it was super tasty, i hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
Malangwa Fish / Pangasius Steak
For the green paste:
Celery
Ginger
Garlic
Onion
Spring onion
Leeks
Optional ingredient ( Scotch Bonnet )
To season:
Fish cube
Knorr All purpose seasoning
Nutmeg
Black pepper/White pepper
Bay Leave
Olive oil
Optional you can also add:
Fresh tomatoes
Old bay seasoning or your bouillon
