This is pretty close but there’s a deeper context in my case - it’s taken a long time but now I’ve realised I’ve attracted another narcissist this time one who’s much more convert than my first wife. I have little to gain by trying to have meaningful conversation around resolving things when the other person is not capable of empathy or reflection - I’m just waiting for the next trigger moment and although I’m getting better at spotting when I’m being gaslit, I will have to keep working on healing my inner child and chart my exit path away from the incessant abuse.

Hmmm it's partly that, but no, you can manifest away third parties for good with past ppl, present ppl or future ppl. Third party energy is just a mirror to something in your subconscious about not being enough. With repetition and dominantly focusing with the mind on revising connections so there are no third parties or persisting in the version of self that is always the chosen one, prioritized, enough, etc, you can manifest away third parties. Please do some watching of other content on this subject - there is a ton on KZbin and the coaches are perfect at explaining it ❤️

There is zero wrong with taking action or not taking action, it's all coming down to your state. If you're in the assumption that you have what you want, are who you want to be, etc, then anything that unfolds is always perfect. If you're insecure or doubting, and taking action to try to force something and change circumstances then that is a different story. Everything comes down to the state /version of self you're being, because then your thoughts, actions, inactions etc are in alignment anyway with the knowing that u get what u want. I decided to hold off on confessing but not because of fear of rejection but because I saw my manifestation somewhat working. He took me out for my birthday last night and I noticed there was physical contact this time. I think I got in my head that he only saw me as a friend, and that became my reality. I'm working to change that reality so that he comes to me. ☺️

YEP! ❤️ Dominantly. So this is why coaches have different techniques, because with repetition it does become the dominant assumption. But it's as simple as deciding if you aren't wavering back and forth. The shit that you don't like or don't want that manifests is coming down to thoughts and beliefs, so if you want what u want vs what u dont want, then you need to persist in thinking and assuming differently ❤️

And you don't even have to 'believe' what you affirm because it can feel unnatural, but you do have to understand and accept that you're the operant power and that your thoughts and assumptions are what's manifesting. So align your focus, thoughts, etc on what you want, and persist even before it's shown up in your physical reality, because it does ❤️
