Cancer sun, Scorpio moon, Libra rising. It's not easy with those those two water signs as I tend to feel things very deeply but I'm happy for it because it helped me understand and start mastering my emotions. And I'm thankful for my Libra rising because it balances me and keeps me jolly and charismatic around other people even when I'm feeling down. I think I'd be a depressed mess constantly in my head if I didn't have that libra rising lol

I think you are right, Andrew. I don't know about a mess but certainly wearing your heart on your sleeve. Libra keeps you on an even keel. And that helps others to gravitate towards you. Cancers (and I would dare say all water signs) can be moody. And not just from a selfish perspective but feeling the suffering of others empathically at a deep level. We need "feelers" in this world! This can be a cold planet sometimes. It's just that emotions can get in the way as well.

I am a libra rising and everybody I meet finds me really serious and quite intimidating which is weird because almost all the libra rising characteristics are kind, pleasant, and easy going! I don’t know what it is that makes me appear that way because I truly am a very nice person but I don’t appear this way to others until they really get to know me! I also I am not the type to want everybody to like me or to be insincere with who I am or what I am feeling just to please others and more to strangers! my sun is in leo I have the moon in cancer and my Venus and mercury are Virgo and mars in libra! It's hard to say without looking at your chart. Pluto in the 1st, especially close to the Ascendant can be Scorpionic. That would be my first bet!

Wait a second, John--you just said you're Libra Rising. So that is what you are. The unequal house system does often have two signs in one house. The key is what degree of Libra Rising you are. If it's 28 or 29 degrees, you can be cuspy with Scorpio. But it still wouldn't make you Scorpio Rising. At best you might be a more intense-looking Libra Ascendant! Still likely good-looking.
