Most intense reading. I cried like hell, got crazily angry and shouted to release all the pent up energy. Even though I was treated extremely badly, inhumanely when I was treating him with extremely pure intentions and love not even wanting to return love but just to be honest but I get it i should trust my own soul coz it has all the answers already rather than finding it outside i just realized it too late. It will be Mutual if those friends,lover etc are for you so you got the truth already in you. I seriously got too much angry yesterday coz because I didn't wanted to hate , be a bad grudging person but wanted to be a very good human being and love unconditionally at all costs and wanted to only see the positive side and growth I had that I never accepted how hard I am hurt that Even though I grew alot but I need to accept my pain to heal and that bad people should just not be out of your life but should atleast be called bastard and that they shouldn't be loved as human by you atleast for all the insane ,inhumane behaviour . I was so angry that because me loving all the people good, bad , my people, strangers , just known etc i was actually ignoring and mistreating my own self this whole time . Its good to always love the world but it should not be at the cost of your own happiness. I don't know why is it so hard to love myself and so easy to always priortise everyone else😭😭😭😞😞😞

You've obviously have a good heart and feel a desire to love and treat people with unconditional love. Sometimes, loving others is much easier than loving ourselves. You feel a sense of happiness through loving others. It's almost like loving others is loving a part of yourself that didn't receive any love. You try to fill that whole by giving to others in hopes that satisfying someone else's emotional needs fulfils your own. I think we've all had trouble loving ourselves in some manner, shape, and form. Practising self-love is a learned trait. We learn to love ourselves by loving others. Because love is usually reciprocal, others teach us how to love ourselves. So it is natural to fill others cups, hoping that they, in return, can fill yours. But unfortunately some people are not good with reciprocation. Also, it's okay to angry. Being angry is not holding a grudge. Holding on to the anger long term hurts us more than it does anyone else. It eats a way at us until the good parts of ourselves are overshadowed. It's okay to be angry. Just don't hold on to it.

​@@Astroman333 i will just stop loving people who don't deserve it .i cut them off already n moved on too but because I was still loving them thinking every being deserves love and that is okay too but I need to first address my own pain that I received from them .Me still loving them as humans was not letting me accept the pain and hurt they actually caused to me.I need to accept yes they did this to me and that is unacceptable and bad which should not be promoted by me accepting them and still loving them .Rather than loving them or hating them i will just wipe them as if I never met them earlier i was not able to do that coz I was still attached to the gratefulness for growth i had because of him and couldn't hate him because I didn't wanted to be a bad person plus when I know its not good for me .But finally I got my lesson that grieving is not victim mentality and acceptance of pain in balance is needed and that I should always listen to and trust my soul when it is telling me something or someone is wrong it does not matter how perfect it looks on the surface or based on logic n emotions.
