To add to that sir, in my former workplace, local research data suggests that leadership is 2nd preference in looking for a great company; 1st is opportunity for growth and development.

At nagcocomplement yan Kaloy...Great leaders would want growth for employees because they know employee development is one of the "lifebloods" of an organization...After all nakasalalay sa leaders ang quality ng employee development (whether the leader believes in this or not...may mga leaders hindi naniniwala dyan "gastos" lang daw yan)
