Thank You for the tutorial, I have been struggling in how to figure this out time differences. I normally do not work with spreadsheets. Now working as QA, I find myself using Calc more frequently specifically in time issues.

This one is kind of weird. He said " I will use "ym" for months because I don't want it to display 13 months as a result" but then he uses "yd" for days, which will result in 285 days, if the end date is 10/22/15. Shouldn't "md" be used instead, to subtract both years and months, to get days, which in return will display "-1" as a day count, if the start time is "bigger" than the end time.
